365 Hire Services provide waste management, plant and equipment hire to individuals and businesses through a network of approved suppliers across the UK. We always aim to meet the specified requirements of our customers and satisfy or exceed their expectations. While doing so we recognise the potential impacts on the environment from our activities and ensure that we conduct all of our operations according to environmental good practice and in accordance with the relevant environmental legislation. We are committed to caring for the environment, the prevention of pollution and to continually improve our environmental performance.

In order to meet such commitments, we have implemented a documented environmental and quality management system which provides the framework for setting and reviewing our targets and objectives including:

• Complying with legal obligations under the current Environmental Protection Act, together with all other applicable statutory provisions and relevant codes of practice.
• Sustainable management of waste from all activities conducted by or on behalf of us through reducing, re-using and recycling and by purchasing recycled, recyclable or re- furbished products and materials where these alternatives are available, economical and suitable.
• Promoting the efficient use of materials and resources throughout our facility including water, electricity and other resources, particularly those that are non-renewable.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for employees, with adequate facilities appropriate to the nature of our business activities.
• Providing ongoing training to our employees to ensure that they understand and then provide the most appropriate advice and services to our customers to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Continually improving the effectiveness of our management system.

This policy is published via the website and is available upon request. We will communicate and implement it across the company through staff induction and training. The systems have our full and active support and are under continual review and improvement, however once defined they are mandatory.
